Salum was tragically murdered on Sunday 20th December 2009. He was buried on 16th January 2010 at the Garden of Peace Muslim Cemetry located in Elmbridge Road, Hainault, Ilford IG6 3SW, England. Salum's untimely and unexpected death has left an unrepairable vacuum within the family who continue to love and miss him daily. He leaves behind his Mother Zawadi; Brother Halifa; Sister Khanan; Father Khamis; Step-father; an extended family in Tanzania and friends in both Tanzania and the UK. We the family and thankful for giving us Salum - and lets rejoice in the life of him our Child of Africa (Mtoto Wa Africa). May the memories of Salum provide all with comfort in these difficult times.
